TOSTADA KITS!

I don't know about you, but the best dinner growing up was when we had a taco night. We all got to sit around the table & make them ourselves from what seemed like a thousand toppings. 

It was fun, it was fresh, & it was a really clever way for my parents to get us involved with dinner.

This week for School Nights, I'm sending out tostada kits. You can pick 2 from three possible proteins: chicken, chorizo, or shrimp. They come with tostada shells, pickled red onion, fresh jalapeno, radish, red cabbage, cilantro, homemade pico de gallo, chipotle salsa, fresh avocado, fresco cheese, mexican crema & some lime wedges.

 

Homemade spanish rice & refried beans come in hot on the side.
